The story
Before Nasc, our founder Chris O'Neal spent years in business development for commercial construction and services companies across Texas. He sat in the trucks, walked the job sites, and watched the same story repeat everywhere, on both sides of the business.
Great companies doing great work were losing work for one reason: follow-up. Calls went to voicemail. Bids and estimates went out and nobody chased them. Happy customers were never asked for a review. Strong commercial relationships went quiet because nobody had time to keep the touches going. The work was excellent. The systems were not.
The big franchises and national firms had software, staff, and call centers handling all of it. The independent companies, the ones doing the best work in their markets, were competing with a cell phone and a memory.
Nasc was built to close that gap. Enterprise-level follow-up, sized and priced for the businesses that actually build our communities.
